If there’s one thing I’ve learned, it’s that nothing matters more than our health — and I don’t say that lightly. I come from a background in fitness, where I spent years helping people show up for themselves, get stronger, and feel better in their day-to-day lives. But even in those moments of progress and strength, I saw how quickly things could change when the unexpected happened.

That’s why I do what I do now. As a Licensed Health Advisor, my job is to make sure you’re not just focused on living well today — but that you’re protected for whatever tomorrow brings. I know how overwhelming insurance can feel, and I also know how comforting it is to have someone in your corner who truly cares.
